5. Retention, Inactivity Deletion & Destruction Policy

In alignment with international data minimization best practices and system security standards, MPX Global and MEEKY STORE PTY LTD enforce strict retention and automatic purge protocols:

• 90-Day Inactive Account Deletion: User accounts that have been registered for 90 or more consecutive days without initiating, registering, or completing any shipments or warehouse deposits are classified as dormant and automatically purged permanently from our database.
• 90-Day Collected Shipment Purge: Shipment records, waybill entries, and tracking timeline milestones for goods marked as "Collected" are archived and automatically purged from active records 90 days following customer collection.
• Statutory Financial Records: Official financial audit ledgers and tax compliance receipts are preserved for 8 years in strict accordance with the Income Tax Act.
