1. What services does MPX Global offer?

We offer reliable international shipping, freight forwarding, cargo consolidation, group buying, and procurement services from China, Dubai, UK, USA, and Turkey to Zimbabwe and SADC countries.


2. What is your shipping minimum?

Our shipping minimum is 1kg. Any weight above a whole kilogram is rounded up. For example, a package weighing 1.2kg will be billed as 2kg.


3. How do I track my shipment?

Once your shipment is processed, we’ll send you a tracking number or consignment number via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your cargo status.


4. What is MPX Global’s shipping mark?

Please ensure your suppliers label packages with:
MPX GLOBAL H01473
This helps us identify your cargo quickly and accurately.


5. How can I make payments?

We recommend paying during transit. For pre-orders and group buying, full payment is required in advance. All charges including freight, customs, and extra services must be settled before or during shipment.


6. Where do I collect my cargo?

All shipments are collected from our office:
📍 F13 First Floor, Eastgate Market, Harare, Zimbabwe
Delivery is available at an extra fee depending on your location.


7. Do you offer insurance for my packages?

We offer optional cargo insurance at an extra cost. Without insurance, MPX Global holds no liability for damage, loss, or delays caused during transit.


8. What happens if I delay in collecting my package?
  • Air cargo: 3 days free storage, then $5/day

  • Sea cargo: 2 days free storage, then $10/day
    Uncollected goods after 30 days will be disposed or auctioned without compensation.


9. What documents do I need for customs?

You must provide a valid Packing List and Commercial Invoice. Missing or incorrect documents can result in delays, extra charges, or cargo seizure.


10. Do you accept dangerous goods or live animals?

No. We do not accept dangerous goods, live animals, or pharmaceuticals that violate local laws. Items sent without approval will be rejected or returned at your expense.


11. Can I ship from a supplier directly to MPX Global?

Yes. Make sure the supplier uses the correct shipping mark (MPX GLOBAL H01473) and notifies us in advance. Ensure correct weight and dimensions are stated to avoid extra charges or delays.


12. What happens if my package is overcharged?

We audit packages and reserve the right to adjust charges for incorrect weights or service levels. It’s important to ensure accurate information is provided at dispatch.
